Material examined. IRAN: Alborz, Kordan, Deh Varde, loc. 2, 20.viii.2012, (1 ♀) (in CIRAD: GDEL 0371). Distribution. Palaearctic (Europe to Central Asia).
Hosts. Brachymeria vitripennis belongs to the inermis species group which includes parasitoids of Cassidinae (Lotfalizadeh et al. 2012) . Brachymeria vitripennis has been mostly reared from Cassida spp.
