D i s t r i b u t i o n. Western Palaearctic; first record for Ukraine.

R e m a r k s. The Carpathian specimens have coxae black with orange marks (as Homotropus melanogaster (Holmgren, 1872)) . Only one specimen has very strongly excised clypeus .
