Notes.
We observed 151 individuals in puddles situated in dirt track paths in human-disturbed forest and human-settlement areas such as a cement fountain not in use but still retaining water.
Distribution.
This species is distributed throughout Thailand but is more prevalent in central and peninsular areas ( Köhler et al. 2021). It is common throughout the island near small water bodies such as puddles and small vernal ponds. Individuals were detected in seven of the eight human-settlement transects, 11 of the 13 transects in human-disturbed forest areas, and six of the 11 transects in national park forest areas.
