Harpyrhynchoides zumpti, Bochkov & Galloway 2004: 31 , partly (misidentification). Harpyrhynchus brevis, Moss 1979: 381 partly (misidentification).

Hosts and distribution. Junco hyemalis (Linnaeus) [type host] ( Passeriformes : Emberizidae ) from Canada (Manitoba) ( Bochkov & Galloway 2004, 2013), Melospiza melodia (Wilson) ( Morley & Shillinger 1937; Bochkov & Klompen 2014b), Passerella iliaca (Merrem) , and Calamospiza melanocorys Stejneger ( Passeriformes : Emberizidae ), Sialia currucoides Bechstein and Catharus ustulatus (Nuttall) ( Passeriformes : Turdidae ), and Passerina amoena (Say) ( Passeriformes : Cardinalidae ) from USA (various localities) ( Bochkov & Klompen 2014b).
