Neharpyrhynchus sp. 1
Harpyrhynchus novoplumaris Moss et al., 1968: 391 (misidentification).
Material examined. Two females ( OSAL 0 0 77737, 0077738) from Amphispiza bilineata (Cassin) ( Passeriformes : Emberizidae ), USA: New Mexico, Hidalgo Co., Portal, 48km NE of, 32.11°N, 108.77°W, 5 May 1965, coll. B.J. Jump.
Remark. These specimens are close to Neharpyrhynchus novoplumaris but differ from it by the strongly concave posterior margin of the dorsal shield and some other features, but their exact species determination is impossible because the palpal setae are damaged.
