Distribution in Iran. Fars ( Hosseinie 1978), Khuzestan ( Toledo 2004), Iran (no locality cited) ( Nilsson 2003). General distribution. Iran, Iraq ( Nilsson 2003, 2011).

Comments. Prefers large, shallow, slow moving streams and marshy areas ( Hosseinie 1978).
