Comment: based on a misidentified type genus; an application will need to be submitted to the Commission to suppress this name for the Principles of Priority and Homonymy (Art. 65.2.1) if Rhyncahenidae Blanchard, 1853 in Curculioninae : Rhamphini : Rhamphina is to be used as valid in the future.
