Records from Myanmar: Malewoon in Tenasserim; South Tenasserim ( Pocock 1895); Sullivan Island; King Island; Owen Island ( Pocock 1889). The type series of P. andersonii (= P. pilipes ) consists of a male and a female ( Pocock 1889), both in the London Museum, whereas that of P. moebiusi is the male holotype ( Attems 1899), kept in the Vienna Museum.

Remark. Also found in Malaysia, Indonesia ( Wang and Tang 1965) and Thailand ( Attems 1899, 1914, 1938b; Decker 2010).
