Records from Myanmar: Rangoon; Palon in Pegu ( Pocock 1895). Based on an indefinite number of syntypes of both sexes, including one male and one female from Rangoon in the London Museum ( Pocock 1895; Jeekel 1965a), one male and one female from Palon in Pegu in the Genoa Museum ( Jeekel 1965a), as well as one syntype in the Hamburg Museum ( Weidner 1960). The species has been revised and the male from Rangoon designated as lectotype by Jeekel (1965a).
