Remark. This pantropical anthropochore species has been described several times and recently revisited by Likhitrakarn et al. (2011). It is often placed in the monotypic genus Asiomorpha Verhoeff, 1939 (e.g. Nguyen and Sierwald 2013), but, following Jeekel (1968), we consider it a member of the genus Orthomorpha .
