Nos.: ZSM GoogleMaps Arct. 2021-099 (male) and ZSM Arct. 2021-100 (female) (prepared by Volynkin) (MWM/ ZSM).
Diagnosis. The forewing length is 12.5–13.0 m in males and 13.0–14.0 mm in females. Male of the species differs from those of its congeners in the larger size and the comma-shaped discal spot of the forewing. The female of D. pahanga is similar to that of D. trimacula but differs in the larger size, the darker, blackish-brown forewing ground colour (it is brown in the congener), and the narrower subapical section of the ochreous-yellow costal stripe. The male genital capsule of D. pahanga is recognised by the long and broad uncus (thee largest in the genus) with a large claw-shaped tip, the strongly elongate, stickshaped distal part of the dorsal section of the valva, and the rectangular distal saccular process bearing two thorn-shaped processes apically. The phallus of D. pahanga is thicker than in the congeners and is conspicuously dilated distally. The vesica of D. pahanga is broader than in D. navneetsinghi sp. n. and D. trimacula and lacks a cornutus. The female genitalia of D. pahanga are most similar to those of D. trimacula but differ in the wider papilla analis, the broader ostium bursae with sclerotised margins (membranous in D. trimacula ), and the broader posterior section of the corpus bursae with a larger appendix bursae; the comparison with D. navneetsinghi sp. n. is provided above in the diagnosis of the new species.
Distribution. Known from Malay Peninsula (western Malaysia) ( Bucsek 2012).
