Like 1 but villous; leaves usually 2- pinnatifid; capitula 4-5 mm in diameter. Naturalized in Portugal (near Porto). [Lu.] (Australia, New Zealand.)
C. anthemoides L. , Sp. Pl. 891 (1753), native of Africa and S.W. Asia, has been recorded from Albania, but probably only as a casual.
