Type :— CHINA. Sichuan: Chengdu [Chengtu], Gao Pan Qiao [Kao-pan-chiao], 12 Mach 1947, W. P. Fang 19385 (holotype SZ00516907 ) . Paratypes in CQNM: CHINA. Sichuan: Chengdu , in campus of Sichuan [Szechwan] University, 15 March 1947, W. P. Fang 19611 ( CQNM0020746 About CQNM , SZ00052385 , SZ00052393 ), Gao Pan Qiao, 27 March 1947, W. P. Fang 19637 ( CQNM0020747 About CQNM ) .
Note:—Fang (1948) cited W. P. Fang 19385 as the type without specifying the herbarium, and SZ00516907 is the only specimen traced, which may be considered as the holotype under Art. 9.1 ( Turland et al. 2018). Fang (1948) also listed 39 paratypes, all of which were collected from Chengdu. There are two paratypes at CQNM, and no duplicate of W. P. Fang 19637 is traced in other herbaria.
