Type [h] Det. Dr Obenberger [p] \ TypeNo. [p] 57694 [h] U.S. N.M. [p] [red label] \ Agrilus falsulus Obenb. View in CoL [h] [red label]”. The exact number of syntypes is unknown.

Remarks. The original description of A. falsulus Obenberger neither implies nor requires that there were syntypes. Bellamy (1993: 360), by mentioning “the holotype ”, validly fixed the lectotype (ICZN, Article 74.6).
