TYPE LOCALITY: Panama, Isthmus of Panama .

DISTRIBUTION: S. Veracruz and S. Oaxaca ( Mexico) east of Isthmus of Tehuantepec to Colombia west of the Rio Cauca and Equador west of the Andes to the Gulf of Guayaquil.
