Habitat: forest soils, cultivated soils ( Milutinoviċ et al. 2010). Zoogeographical distribution type: peregrine ( Milutinoviċ et al. 2010). Distribution in Bulgaria: one of the most abundant lumbricids in Bulgaria. More frequent in South Bulgaria ( Mihailova 1966).
