Description of Male. Fully winged; length 3.1 mm. Head black, except mandible partly testaceous; antenna brown, except segments 1–3 testaceous and segments 7–10 black-brown; mesosoma and metasoma black; forelegs black, except tibiae and tarsi testaceous; mid- and hindlegs black, except tarsal segment 1 yellow and tarsal segments 2–5 brown. Antenna filiform; antennal segments in following proportions:3:2:7:5:5:5:4.5:4.5:3.3:4. Head dull, granulated and weakly rugose; frontal line almost complete, almost reaching clypeus; occipital carina absent; temple absent; POL = 3.5; OL = 1.3; OOL = 2.2; greatest breadth of posterior ocelli as long as OL. Palpal formula 6/3. Scutum dull, granulated and weakly rugose. Notauli complete, posteriorly separated (posterior part of notauli hardly visible); minimum distance between notauli longer than greatest breadth of posterior ocelli (3.5:2.5). Scutellum dull, granulated. Metanotum with anterior surface reticulate rugose and posterior surface granulated. Mesopleuron partly granulated and partly reticulate rugose. Metapleuron reticulate rugose. Propodeum reticulate rugose, without transverse or longitudinal keels; dorsal surface about as long as posterior surface. Fore wing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein about as long as proximal part (7:6.5). Paramere ( Plate 90J View PLATE 90 ) with dorsal process short and located distally. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
