Description of Female. Fully winged; length 6.0 mm. Head black; antenna black, with ventral side of segment 1 whitish and segments 9–10 brown-reddish; mesosoma black; metasoma with dorsal surface black and ventral side brown-reddish; legs brown-reddish, except tibiae and tarsal segments 4–5 black. Antenna weakly clavate; antennal segments in following proportions: 6:3.5:18.5:11:10:6.5:5:4:4:4.5. Head shiny, excavated, granulated; face, vertex and gena sculptured by some longitudinal keels; occiput granulated, hairy; frontal line incomplete; occipital carina incomplete, only present behind ocellar triangle; POL = 1.5; OL = 1.5; OOL = 6.5; greatest breadth of posterior ocelli shorter than OL (1:1.5); temple distinct. Palpal formula 6/3. Pronotum crossed by strong anterior transverse impression, dull, hairy, granulated and sculptured by numerous longitudinal keels around anterior collar and disc; posterior edges of pronotum rounded, not produced into lobes. Scutum dull, granulated. Notauli incomplete, reaching about 0.5 length of scutum. Scutellum dull, granulated. Metanotum short, sculptured by longitudinal striae. Propodeum with dorsal surface reticulate rugose and sculptured by some longitudinal keels; dorsal surface longer than posterior surface (7:4.5); posterior surface reticulate rugose, with two longitudinal keels. Fore wing with two dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein about as long as proximal part; marginal cell open. Protrochanter more than four times as long as broad (9:2). Protarsal segments in following proportions: 14:1.5:4:9.5:15.5. Protarsal segment 3 produced into hook. Enlarged claw ( Plate 93C View PLATE 93 ) with one subapical tooth and one row of six bristles. Segment 5 of protarsus ( Plate 93C View PLATE 93 ) with two rows of 10 + 13 lamellae; distal apex with about 15 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/0/2.
