Anteon takenoi Olmi 1995f: 13; Xu et al. 2001a: 18; He & Xu 2002: 176; Xu et al. 2012a: 10.

Anteon fukuokense Olmi 1995f: 18 (synonymized by He & Xu 2002); type locality: Mt. Hiko (Fukuoka Pref., Japan); He & Xu 2002: 176.

Description of Female. Fully winged; length 3.4–3.6 mm. Head black, except mandible and clypeus testaceous; anterior third of face testaceous-reddish; gena black; antenna brown, except segments 1–2 testaceous; in specimens from Russia (Primorskiy Krai), antenna completely testaceous; mesosoma black, with lateral margins of pronotum testaceous; metasoma brown; legs testaceous. Antenna clavate; antennal segments in following proportions: 10:6.5:9:8:8:7:7:6.5:6:8.5. Head shiny, smooth, strongly punctate, unsculptured among punctures; anterior half of face rugose; region of vertex behind ocellar triangle slightly granulated, with tracks of areolae; frontal line incomplete, only present in front of anterior ocellus and occupying posterior third of face; occipital carina complete; POL = 5; OL = 3; OOL = 6; OPL = 6; TL = 6.5; OPL longer than greatest breadth of posterior ocelli. Pronotum dull, rugose, smooth near posterior margin, with posterior surface shorter than scutum (10:17) and longer than anterior surface (10:7); posterior surface slightly transverse (breadth: length = 20: 10; breadth measured excluding pronotal tubercles); pronotal tubercle reaching tegula. Scutum shiny, smooth, strongly punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.4 length of scutum. Scutellum slightly convex, almost flat, shiny, punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Metanotum shiny, convex, smooth. Propodeum reticulate rugose, with strong transverse keel between dorsal and posterior surface; posterior surface with two longitudinal keels and median area as rugose as lateral areas. Fore wing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein shorter than proximal part (3:13). Protarsal segments in following proportions: 6.5:3.5:4.5:9:23. Enlarged claw (Plate 46B) with a proximal prominence bearing one long bristle. Segment 5 of protarsus (Plate 46B) with two rows of 23–28 lamellae; distal apex with 3–5 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.

Description of Male. Fully winged; length 2.3–2.9 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; clypeus black or partly or totally testaceous; antennae brown-testaceous, except segment 1 testaceous; occasionally antennae totally brown-testaceous or testaceous-reddish; mesosoma black; metasoma black or brown; legs testaceous, occasionally with stalk of metafemur darkened. Antenna filiform; antennal segments of holotype of A. fukuokense in following proportions: 11:6:10:10:10:10:10:9.5:9:12; antennal segments of specimen from China, Fuxin, in following proportions: 15.5:10.5:15:15:15:15:14.5:14.5:13.5:17. Head dull, punctate, unsculptured among punctures (occasionally head shiny, strongly punctate, unsculptured among punctures, with anterior region of face, mainly along eyes, reticulate rugose); vertex behind ocellar triangle reticulate rugose; frontal line incomplete, shortly distinct in front of anterior ocellus (rest of face with track of frontal line); occasionally frontal line absent; occipital carina complete. Holotype of A. fukuokense with POL = 6; OL = 3; OOL = 7; OPL = 6.5; TL = 6. In specimen from China, Fuxin, head completely reticulate rugose and slightly granulated; frontal line complete, but hardly distinct; POL = 10; OL = 6; OOL = 10.5; OPL = 6.5; TL = 6; greatest breadth of anterior ocellus shorter than POL (3:10). Scutum shiny, smooth, punctate, unsculptured among punctures. In specimens from China (Liaoning) and Russia (Primorskiy Krai) scutum punctate and with anterior third or fourth rugose. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.25–0.35 length of scutum. Scutellum and metanotum shiny, smooth, unsculptured; occasionally scutellum and metanotum finely punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Propodeum dull, with strong transverse keel between dorsal and posterior surface; dorsal surface reticulate rugose; posterior surface with two complete strong longitudinal keels and median area as rugose as lateral areas (in two specimens from China, Xunyangkan Town, longitudinal keels incomplete and only present in distal half of propodeal posterior surface). Fore wing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein much shorter than proximal part (4:9; 5:12). Paramere (Plate 46E) with membranous proximal process, without distal process. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
