( Plate 50A View PLATE 50 )
Anteon wushense Olmi 1991: 170; He & Xu 2002: 140; Xu et al. 2012a: 11.
Description of Female. Fully winged; length 2.4–5.2 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna testaceous, occasionally more or less darkened (in specimen from China, Baotianman National Nature Reserve, antenna testaceous, except segments 6–10 brown; in specimen from China, Daheba, antenna testaceous, except segments 9–10 darkened); mesosoma and metasoma black; legs testaceous, occasionally with metacoxa darkened. Antenna clavate; antennal segments in following proportions: 16:7:7:5:7:7:7:7:7:10. Head shiny, smooth, punctate, unsculptured among punctures; anterior half of face rugose; vertex rugose behind posterior ocelli; ocellar triangle rugose; frontal line complete; face with two lateral keels near orbits directed towards antennal toruli; POL = 7.5; OL = 3.5; OOL = 5; OPL = 6; TL = 4; occipital carina complete. In specimen from Malaysia, Sabah, 4 Km S of Kundasang, face completely reticulate rugose, except small smooth area in front of anterior ocellus. Pronotum dull, reticulate rugose, with posterior surface smooth and unsculptured; posterior surface shorter than scutum (5:19); pronotal tubercle reaching tegula. Scutum shiny, smooth, punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Notauli very short, only shortly present near anterior margin of scutum. In two specimens from China, Baotianman National Nature Reserve, notauli incomplete and reaching about 0.3 length of scutum. In specimen from Malaysia, Sabah, 4 Km S of Kundasang, scutum with some rugosities on sides of notauli. Scutellum and metanotum shiny, smooth, unsculptured. Propodeum usually with strong transverse keel between dorsal and posterior surface; dorsal surface reticulate rugose; posterior surface with two complete longitudinal keels and median area as rugose as lateral areas; occasionally posterior surface with two incomplete longitudinal keels. In specimen from China, Daheba, median area of posterior surface of propodeum rugose, with small smooth central area. Fore wing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein much shorter than proximal part (2.5:13). Protarsal segments in following proportions: 11:2.5:2.5:3:10. Enlarged claw ( Plate 50A View PLATE 50 ) with proximal prominence bearing one long bristle. Segment 5 of protarsus ( Plate 50A View PLATE 50 ) with one row of approximately 5–10 lamellae extending continuously to distal apex. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
