Description of female ( Plate 5A View PLATE 5 ). Fully winged; length 1.6–1.9 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna brown, except segments 1–3 testaceous; mesosoma black; metasoma brown; legs testaceous. Antenna clavate; antennal segments in following proportions: 6:6:6:7:8:7:7:7:6.5:11.5. Head dull, granulated; frontal line complete; POL = 9; OL = 6; OOL = 4; OPL = 3; TL = 3; greatest breadth of posterior ocelli about as long as OPL; occipital carina complete. Scutum, scutellum and metanotum dull, granulated. Notauli incomplete, reaching about 0.3–0.5 length of scutum. Propodeum with anterior surface reticulate rugose; posterior surface sculptured by two longitudinal keels, lateral areas dull, reticulate rugose and median area shiny and smooth. Fore wing hyaline, without dark transverse bands. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.

Description of male ( Plate 5B View PLATE 5 ). Fully winged; length 1.6–1.8 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna brown, except segments 1–2 testaceous; mesosoma black; metasoma brown; legs testaceous. Antenna filiform; antennal segments in following proportions: 5.5:5.5:7:9:9:12:12:12:11:17. Head dull, granulated; frontal line complete; POL = 12; OL = 6; OOL = 4; OPL = 2.5; TL = 2.5; greatest breadth of posterior ocelli slightly longer than OPL (3:2.5); occipital carina complete. Scutum, scutellum and metanotum dull, granulated. Notauli incomplete, reaching about 0.3–0.5 length of scutum. Propodeum with anterior surface reticulate rugose; posterior surface sculptured by two longitudinal keels, lateral areas dull, reticulate rugose and median area shiny and smooth. Fore wing hyaline, without dark transverse bands. Basivolsella fused with paramere, without outer basal process, with two subdistal bristles ( Plate 6C View PLATE 6 ). Tibial spurs 1/1/2.

Material examined. Types: holotype ♂: CHINA: Yunnan, Yongshan County, Huanghua Town, 28°00'N 103°51'E, 1500 m, 30.X.2010, reared from Arboridia sinensis feeding on Zanthoxylum bungeanum, Wei Dong leg. ( SCAU). GoogleMaps Paratypes: same locality label as holotype, 5♂ and 2♀♀ ( SCAU); same locality label as holotype, 1♂ and 1♀ ( MOLC); same locality label as holotype, 8.X.2010, 4♀♀ and 4♂ ( SCAU).

Hosts: Cicadellidae Typhlocybinae ( Xu et al., 2011c) : in China, Yunnan: Arboridia sinensis Guglielmino, Xu, Bückle & Dong 2012 ( Plate 6D View PLATE 6 ) feeding on Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maximowicz (Rutaceae) (Chinese pricklyash; Sichuan pepper tree). Xu et al. (2011c) attributed erroneously the host to Alebroides genus.
