Description of Female. Fully winged; length 1.9 mm. Head black, except ventral side, mandible, clypeus, face and gena yellow; antenna with segments 1–2 yellow, 3–5 brown, and 6–10 black-brown; mesosoma black, except pleura yellow; metasoma black-brown; legs yellow. Antenna clavate; antennal segments in following proportions: 9:7:10:10:10:10:8.5:8.5:7.5:12.5. Head dull, granulated; frontal line incomplete, only present near clypeus; occipital carina complete; POL = 9; OL = 5.5; OOL = 7; OPL = 7.5; TL = 8. Scutum dull, granulated. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.85 length of scutum. Scutellum and metanotum shiny, slightly granulated. Meso- and metapleura granulated. Propodeum with transverse keel between dorsal and posterior surface; dorsal surface reticulate rugose; posterior surface with two longitudinal keels, lateral areas rugose and median area mostly smooth. Fore wing hyaline, without dark transverse band. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.

Material examined. Type: holotype ♀: CHINA: Hubei, Shennongjia National Nature Reserve , 19.VII.1997, Yuzhou Du leg. ( ZJUC) .
