Description of Female. Fully winged; length 3.0– 3.2 mm. Head black, except mandible and clypeus testaceous; clypeus testaceous; antenna brown, except segments 1–2 testaceous; mesosoma black, except posterior surface of pronotum brown-reddish; metasoma brown; legs testaceous. Antenna clavate; antennal segments in following proportions: 13:7:12:10:10:10:8.5:8.5:8:13. Head shiny, smooth, punctate, unsculptured among punctures; frontal line incomplete, short, only present in front of anterior ocellus; POL = 6; OL = 3; OOL = 6; OPL = 4; TL = 6; occipital carina complete. Pronotum shiny, with anterior surface rugose and posterior surface smooth, punctate, unsculptured among punctures; posterior surface shorter than scutum (8:16); pronotal tubercle reaching tegula. Scutum shiny, smooth, punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Notauli incomplete, reaching about 0.7–0.8 length of scutum. Scutellum and metanotum shiny, smooth, finely punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Propodeum with strong transverse keel between dorsal and posterior surface; dorsal surface reticulate rugose; posterior surface with two complete longitudinal keels, lateral areas rugose and median area shiny, laterally rugose and centrally smooth and unsculptured. Fore wing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein much shorter than proximal part (8:14). Protarsal segments in following proportions: 14:3:3:4:14. Segment 3 of protarsus produced into hook. Enlarged claw ( Plate 33B View PLATE 33 ) with proximal prominence bearing one long bristle. Segment 5 of protarsus ( Plate 33B View PLATE 33 ) with one or two rows of five–six lamellae, in addition to numerous bristles; distal apex with three–four lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.

Material examined. Type: holotype ♀: CHINA: Taiwan, Nantou, Shan-Lin-Chi , 1600 m, 16.V.1990, FIT & PT, primary forest, L. Le Sage leg. ( CNC) . Other material. CHINA: Guangdong, Nanling National Nature Reserve, Protection Station , 21–25.IV.2011, YPT, Huayan Chen leg., 2♀♀ ( SCAU) .
