Description of Male. Fully winged; length 2.4– 2.7 mm. Brown-reddish; antenna, mandible, metasoma and legs testaceous. In two specimens from China, Mt. Wuzhishan and Houhe Protection Area, head black, except mandible testaceous; mesosoma black; metasoma brown; antenna and legs testaceous. Antenna filiform; antennal segments in following proportions: 9:6:6.5:6:6:6.5:6.5:6.5:6:9. Head shiny, punctate, unsculptured among punctures; frontal line absent or complete (complete in holotype; only present in posterior half of face in specimen from China, Mt. Wuzhishan); occipital carina complete; holotype with POL = 6; OL = 3; OOL = 7; OPL = 4.5; TL = 5; in specimen from China, Mt. Wuzhishan, POL = 7; OL = 3; OOL = 6; OPL = 3; TL = 5; greatest breadth of posterior ocelli longer than OL (4:3). Scutum shiny, finely punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.50–0.55 length of scutum. Scutellum and metanotum shiny, smooth, unsculptured. Propodeum reticulate rugose, with strong transverse keel between dorsal and posterior surface; posterior surface with two complete longitudinal keels, lateral areas rugose and median area smooth and shiny. Fore wing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein shorter than proximal part (3:12). Paramere (Plate 19A) much shorter than penis, without distal inner process. In two specimens from China, Mt. Wuzhishan and Houhe Protection Area, paramere with inner membranous band provided of a mosaic drawing (Plate 19B) Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
