Laticauda laticaudata —Sworder, 1923: 71.—Wallach et al., 2014: 364.

Remarks. Sworder (1923) included L. laticaudata to the list of Singapore’s herpetofauna because Boulenger (1912) speculated it may occur on the coast of the Malay Peninsula given its range from India east to French Polynesia (Wallach et al. 2014). However, no specimens have ever been observed or collected from Singapore.
