Remarks. Specimen FMNH 213058 has the location Serangoon, Singapore (Rasmussen 1989); however, the source of this specimen is the Kangkar Fish Market, one of the locations Voris and Jeffries received their specimens from (refer to “A note on sea snakes in Singapore ” above). Thus, the specimen lacks specific locality data and may have not been taken within Singapore’s waters.
