Geographic Location: BC: Vancouver Is., Mt. Cain ( Fagan et al. 2005); upper Carmanah Valley drainage, 48°44’N, 124°37’W; Campbell River, 49°55’N, 125°25’W, Montane Alternative Silviculture Systems site ( Behan-Pelletier 2000).
Habitats: Amabilis fir and Picea sitchensis canopy specialist.
Distribution: Nearctic.
