Synonymy: Damaeus michaeli sensu Woolley (1957c) ; non Ewing (1909): ( Marshall et al. 1987).

Geographic Location and Habitats: ON: Guelph, under bark of ironwood ( Banks 1909; Jarvis 1910); QC: southwestern, Apple orchards ( Forest et al. 1982); Morgan Arboretum, beech litter ( Sylvain & Buddle 2010).

Distribution: Nearctic.
