Atractides allgaier Gerecke, 2003
Material examined. Coll. Angelier, slides with red inscriptions deriving from the Cérét catchment (Massif Central), numbers 1 (one 3), 34 (one Ƥ), 35 (2 33, 2 ƤƤ).
Discussion. From a comparison of the material marked with red numbers results, that this series of slides refers to the data published by Angelier et al. (1963) from the French Massif Central. This collection includes three males and four females of A. allgaier , a species widely distributed in the W Palaearctic, but formerly frequently confused with A. distans ( Gerecke 2003) . The latter species has also been recorded by Angelier et al. (1963) from the area in question where both species are co-occuring, as the composition of the collection material demonstrates.
Distribution. Widely distributed in the W Palaearctic, from the Iberian Peninsula till Turkey ( Pešić et al. 2010).
