Distribution: NS to GA to eastern TX to southern MB. The two Kentucky specimens are from the eastern half of the state (Map 083).

Larval host plants: Acer negundo , Amelanchier canadensis , Cornus florida , Juglans cinerea , Liriodendron tulipifera , Populus spp. , Quercus rubra , Rhus glabra , Robinia pseudoacacia , Tilia americana and Ulmus pumila ( Monné & Nearns 2022d)

Comments: Beating dead branches of their hosts (primarily Amelanchier , Juglans and Tilia ) yields specimens ( Bousquet et al. 2017).
