Reddish ochraceous, anterior rim of vertex little darker. Face yellow, lower part slightly darker. Forewing appendix without basal fuscous spot.
Tergal apodemes of male abdominal segments 2–4 and sternal apodemes on segments 2 and 3 well developed. Hind margin of eighth sternite medially sinuate.
Male genitalia: Ventral pygophore process broad at base then narrowed, of uniform width in mid section, apical 0.33 sinuate, with rugae and pointed at apex. Style of type 1. Aedeagal shaft stout, with distinct angular projection between shaft, preatrium on ventral Material examined: Holotype ď, Nepal: Silgarhi-Doti, Kali Gad, c. 4000 ft (1213 m), 24.vii.1953, J.B. Tyson, West Nepal Expedition (BMNH).
Remarks: K. delta resembles K. bakeri but differs in having much wider aedeagal shaft that is constricted in the middle compared to the more gradually narrowed aedeagal shaft in K. bakeri (see K. veni below for further discussion).
