Type material. Cotype: Argentina, Misiones, Bompland (27°29'33" S, 55°27'43" W), on Caesalpinia sp., -/ VI/ 1910, Jorgensen col. #334b, 1(4) ( USNM). GoogleMaps
Diagnosis. Slide-mounted adult female with 4 or 5 loose groups of microtubular ducts on dorsal surface; cruciform pores present along body margin. Marginal setae undifferentiated from dorsal setae. Ventral surface without enlarged conical setae; with numerous asymmetric macrotubular ducts; frontal lobes present; basal segment of labium with 1 pair of setae (González & Granara de Willink 2009).
Distribution. Argentina, Neotropical region, Paraná subregion, Paraná Forestal province.
