SYNONYMS: Anthropopithecus, Bonobo, Chimpansee, Engeco, Fsihego, Hylanthropus, Mimetes, Pseudanthropos, Theranthropus , Troglodytes .

COMMENTS: In accordance with the provisions of Art. 80 of the International Code of Zoological Nomenclature (International Commission on Zoological Nomenclature, 1985), Pan is used instead of Chimpansee . Reviewed by Hill (1969).
