( Table 1 View TABLE 1 , Figs 1 View FIGURE 1 , 2 View FIGURE 2 )

Material examined: 2 males (9.XI.2013), 1 male (15.XI.2013) (R. Durak)

Description of adult male: alate. Head and thorax brown, abdomen green with small dorsal sclerotic area. Legs yellowish, distal end of femora and tibiae brown. Siphunculi, cauda and genitalia dark brown. Body elongate and small, mean length 2.0 mm. Antenna 6 segmented, 0.54–0.64 of body length. Longest antennal segment (ant segm.) is segm. III. Ant. segm. IV almost as long as segm. V. Segm. V slightly shorter than or equal to segm. VI. Processus terminalis (VIb) very short, only about 0.12–0.15 as long as basal part of segm. VI (VIa). Other antennal ratios: VI/III 0.43–0.45; VI/IV 0.86–1.09; VI/V 0.91– 1.0; V/III 0.44–0.49; V/IV 0.94–1.08; IV/III 0.40–0.52. Segm. V and VI bear primary rhinaria. Ant. segm. III with 29–33 secondary rhinaria, IV with 5–9, V with 2–4. Secondary rhinaria rounded, their size variable about 0.009–0.0206 mm; mean 0.0143 mm. Rostrum long, reaching to abdominal segment VII; length of apical rostral segments 0.76–0.82 times hind tarsus (HT) II and 0.41–0.47 times ant. segm. III. Siphunculus is a brown pigmented cone with about 30–35 hairs around. Cauda short and rounded.

Chaetotaxy: base of ant. segm. VI with 12 setae; VIb with 3 subapical setae. Rostrum with 6 accessory setae. Longest hair on ant. segm. III 0.1410–0.1450 mm long; that on the hind tibia 0.1810–0.1930 mm.
