Replaced synonym: Psoralea pinnata L. (1753) .

Lectotype (Stirton in Taxon 41: 568. 1992): Herb. Clifford: 370, Dorycnium 1 (BM-000646705) .

Current name: Psoralea pinnata L. View in CoL ( Fabaceae : Faboideae ).

Note: As noted by Ali (in Bot. Not. 111: 551. 1958) and Kort & Thijsse (in Blumea 30: 125. 1984), this is an illegitimate renaming in Indigofera of Psoralea pinnata L. (1753) . Although Sanjappa (in Reinwardtia 10: 225. 1985) indicated material in Herb. Sloane 95: 186 ( BM-SL) as the type of I. linnaei Ali (thought to be homotypic with I. enneaphylla ), the typification of the latter is dependent on that of P. pinnata , which was made by Stirton in 1992.
