Notes
New record for Greece. Two specimens, Elafonisi, Crete, 35°16'20.7"N, 23°32'15.9"E, 1 m depth, fine sand, collected in the framework of the MEDCORE project (unpublished data from Papageorgiou et al. 2006). Literature used for identification: Perkins (1981). No other Mediterranean records, otherwise distributed along the Atlantic coast of North America.
