Eustigmaeus powersi Habeeb, 1961: 1 .
Material examined
Cotypes, 2 adult females, USA, New York, Cayuga Co., Como Lake, swale, 9 April 1961, by H. Habeeb (HH610004); 2 adult females, USA, New York, Onondaga Co., beside Rt. 20 east of Skaneateles swampy pond, 15 April 1961, by H. Habeeb (HH610005).
Diagnosis

Remarks
This species was wrongly placed in Eustigmaeus by Habeeb (1961). Females of Cheylostigmaeus are not easy to identify. Key characters for recognition are mainly based on males, such as the structure of subcapitulum and aedeagus. Therefore, questions of the status of this species remain until males are discovered.
