1. Hypandrium posteriorly bilobed, with almost straight sides, not sinuous; mesal sclerite of the phallosome boomerang shaped, posterior pair of endophallic sclerite without spines (see Figs 8–9 View FIGURE 8 View FIGURE 9 in Silva-Neto et al. 2018................. P. diamantina View in CoL
- Hypandrium posteriorly straight, not bilobed, with sinuous sides ( Figs 1D–C View FIGURE 1 ); mesal sclerites of the phallosome trapezoidal, posterior pair of endophallic sclerite with spines ( Figs 7B–C View FIGURE 7 ).................................................. 2
2. Mesal sclerite of the phallosome posteriorly divided into two symmetrical areas, each anteriorly strongly projected, almost triangular, posteriorly with two blunt lateral projections and in the middle with a groove generating a small, almost triangular projection; external parameres proximally stout, almost triangular, narrowing posteriorly, phallosome with three pairs of endophallic sclerites ( Fig. 1E View FIGURE 1 ).................................................................
