Diagnosis. Adult ( Fig. 21 View FIGURES 17‒23 ). Wingspan 17.0–18.0 mm. Agonopterix kirgizella can be distinguished by the semicircular socii, the globose gnathos and the slim cuiller slightly expanded at apex in the male genitalia ( Fig. 43 View FIGURES 42‒45 ).
Distribution. China (Xinjiang), Kyrgyzstan ( Lvovsky 2001b).
