Type host. Myrmeciza immaculata (Lafresnaye)

Material studied. 2 females and 1 nymph ex Gymnocichla nudiceps , COSTA RICA: Hitoy Cerere BR, Provincia Limón (940’N, 8505’W), 24 August 2004, Literák, Č apek & Havlíček. O. Sychra CR34–35.

Only one bird was examined.

Host: Gymnopithys leucaspis (P.L. Sclater) —White­cheeked Antbird One chewing lice species was found on this host.
