Japan ( Kobayasi and Shimizu 1980b).
Note.
The host of the species was originally recorded as a Coleoptera larva ( Kobayasi and Shimizu 1980b). According to the illustrations by Shimizu (1997) and Ban et al. (2009), hosts of the species are wireworms.
