Escorial. Unspecified number of ♂ and ♀.

Among the specimens placed under this name in the MHNG are six examples exchanged with Bolívar in 1879, all from the type locality, which may be paralectotypes.

Paris (1994) states that a ♂ specimen in the MNMS was inadvertently designated as lectotype when Peinado & Mateos (1988: 70) referred to it as the holotype. Box L3.
