flavopictum Bolívar, 1909: 394-395 [Eugavialidium].
Calcutta . Two ♀.
Lectotype ♀, designated inadvertently by Günther (1938a: 373) who referred to the specimen as the holotype ( Paris, 1994), with labels: “Calcutta F. S.” [handwritten on a disk of white card]; “1097” [handwritten on white card]; “Gavalidium flavopictus Bol.” [handwritten on white paper]; “Lectotypus” [printed on red card]. Both antennae, the right front leg, the tarsi of the left front leg and both middle legs, and both hind legs are missing. The second ♀, with an identical data label, has been placed under I. angulata (Hancock, 1915) , presumably by K. Günther. Box Q2.
