The nominate subspecies is light gray to light olive with contrasting dark lines and spots and pale areas, especially distal to the postmedial line and in the terminal area. It is restricted to the mountains of Colorado. Th is subspecies is most likely to be confused with L. dolosa View in CoL with which it occurs. Differences between these taxa are described under L. dolosa View in CoL .
