Diagnosis. Postocular bristles (including posteroventral hairs) black. Hind tibia with two ad and 5–6 pd. Hypandrium bifurcate with short thick lateral processes ( Fig. 15 View FIGURES 14 – 15 ).

Description. MALE. Body length 2.2 mm, wing length 2.1 mm.

Head dark metallic green with gray-brown pollen; face with pale gray pollen. Hairs and bristles of head black; postocular bristles (including posteroventral hairs) black. Ocellar tubercle weakly raised, with two strong oc and two short posterior hairs. Antenna black; third antennal segment broken. Proboscis brownish with black hairs; palpus brownish with black hairs and one black apical bristle.

Thorax dark metallic green with gray pollen; pleuron brownish, pteropleuron blackish. Hairs and bristles on thorax black; five strong dc, 5–6 irregularly paired acr; humerus with one long bristle and one short hair; one long ph, one somewhat short ih, one short su, one long anterior and one somewhat short posterior npl, one somewhat short anterior and one long posterior sa, one long psa; scutellum with two pairs of bristles, outer pair short hair-like. Propleuron with one hair and one black bristle on lower portion.

Legs yellow (fore tarsomeres 3–5 and hind tarsomeres 4–5 missing); mid coxa with posterior upper corner black; all tarsomere one yellow-brown. Hairs and bristles on legs black; fore coxa with 4–6 anterior bristles, mid coxa with one anterior bristle, hind coxa with one outer bristle at middle. Mid and hind femora each with one preapical bristle. Fore tibia apically with three short bristles; mid tibia with two ad and two pd, apically with four bristles; hind tibia with two ad and 5–6 pd, apically with three bristles. Hind tarsomere 1 with two v at base and a basal spur curved upward. Relative lengths of tibia and tarsomeres LI 3.5: 2.0: 1.2:?:?:?; LII 4.6: 2.3: 1.4: 1.1: 0.8: 0.5; LIII 5.2: 1.0: 2.0: 1.2:?:?.

Wing hyaline, tinged with gray; veins dark brown, R4+5 and M1 parallel apically; CuAx ratio (length of mcu / length of CuA distal section) 0.45. Calypter dark brown with black hairs. Halter dark brown.

Abdomen brown with gray-brown pollen except brownish lateral margin; hairs and bristles black.

Genitalia ( Figs. 14–15 View FIGURES 14 – 15 ): epandrium with one long pale hair on short lateral tubercle; surstylus with dorsal lobe thick, rounded apically, middle lobe long and thick with apical tubercle, ventral lobe slender with long apical hairs; cercus without distinct basal tubercle, but with pale short hairs; hypandrium short and wide, symmetrical in ventral vision, bifurcated, with narrow base and wide apical portion; aedeagus slender with spine-like processes at middle.

FEMALE. Unknown.

Type material. Holotype male, Guangdong: Nanling, 23. VIII. 2005, Junhua Zhang.

Distribution. Guangdong.

Etymology. The specific epithet derives from the collector Junhua Zhang (Beijing).

Comments. The species is somewhat similar to N. horvati Wang et Yang in having the bifurcated hypandrium bearing narrow base and wide apical portion, but it may be separated by the hind tibia having two ad and 5–6 pd, and the hind tarsomere 1 with two v at base. In N. horvati , the hind tibia has one ad and 3–4 pd, and the hind tarsomere 1 has one v at base ( Wang and Yang, 2004).
