Psephenotettix minor Torres 1958c: 35 View in CoL (type material examined).

Type locality. Puna Jujeña , Jujuy Province, Argentina.

Remarks. The species is known only from Jujuy Province in Argentina ( Torres 1958c) which is where we collected our specimens. The species is associated with the Prepuña floristic provinces ( Sanborn et al. 2011a).
