Type locality. Bolivia.

Remarks. The species was reported in Tucumán Province in Argentina ( Torres 1945a) and from Bolivia and Paraguay ( Metcalf 1963a; Sanborn 2011a). We were sent specimens from Chaco Province as well.

New provincial records. Chaco, Rosa Azul Misiones, I-2004, P. Wagner (18 females, DECA, three females, AFSC) .
