Notes
The description of Harmothoe longisetis of Fauvel (1923) partly refers to Harmothoe glabra (Malmgren, 1866) ( Barnich and Fiege 2003, Barnich and Fiege 2009). Thus, records identified using Fauvel's key could belong to either species. Recent records (e.g. Chatzigeorgiou et al. 2016) were identified using the key and descriptions by Barnich and Fiege (2003). Type locality: Mediterranean (Adriatic).
