Teuchothrips fuscus (Steinweden & Moulton) comb.n.
Rhynchothrips fuscus Steinweden & Moulton, 1930: 29 View in CoL .
This species was described in the genus Rhynchothrips on two females, collected from Kashing, Zhejiang province of China under elm bark. It was transferred to Liothrips View in CoL by Mound and Marullo (1996) but is here transferred to Teuchothrips View in CoL because the original description indicates the presence of a tarsal tooth in females.
