Material examined. No potential Cramer specimens located.

Remarks. This could be one of the species Rengers received from Drury (see above).

Current status. Valid subspecies of Colotis amata (Fabricius, 1775) ( Ackery et al., 1995) . [ ICZN Opinion 516 (1958) gave priority to Fabricius 1775 names over Cramer 1775 names)].
